Job Description
The Sleep Neurobiology and Psychopathology (SNaP) Laboratory investigates the relationship between sleep disturbance and mental health with a goal of informing the development of novel treatments. We are currently seeking a student coop to assist with research reevaluating the diagnosis of insomnia.
Responsibilities may include: - participant recruitment and screening
- accompanying staff to participants’ homes for data collection
- acquiring, entering and analyzing research data
- meeting with study team weekly
- general assistance with study team research projects
We are seeking candidates who are available 20 hours per week during the summer. Candidates should also possess the following qualifications: - Background or interest in psychology
- Interest in working with clinical patient populations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
