Week Contract Shift/Hours:

Duties Include:

Assist clients with daily living activities in a safe and therapeutic environment Support implementation of individual treatment plans under the direction of licensed staff Observe and document client behavior, mood, and overall progress Maintain a clean and structured environment conducive to recovery and wellness Participate in de-escalation and crisis prevention strategies as needed Escort clients to and from activities, meals, and appointments as directed Promote client engagement and involvement in therapeutic and recreational activities Communicate effectively with team members regarding client needs and concerns Uphold confidentiality and comply with all facility policies and procedures

Requirements:
