Overview:
Client is seeking Behavioral Therapy Specialists to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential care facility. The center also provides specialized forensic and behavioral stabilization services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide active treatment and support per individual support plans Deliver habilitation training and therapy Monitor and report changes in behavior or medical needs Ensure a safe and supportive environment Collaborate with families, guardians, and team members Participate in team meetings and staff training
Schedule:
Three 12.5-hour shifts per week Rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Overtime required
Day:
6:30 AM – 7:30
PM Night:
6:30 PM – 7:30
AM Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in teaching, sales, marketing , or disability services Valid driver’s license College coursework in a related field may substitute for experience
