Full Job Description Summary:

Faraday Health is a growing mental health care provider seeking dedicated individuals who will be key employees as we expand•come join us! We offer medication management, TMS and Spravato therapies. Full-time position now available. Training provided on site. Faraday Health is seeking an individual who will help manage the day-to-day medical operations of our Chattanooga, TN. We will train you to get certified to deliver TMS Therapy (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and intra-nasal ketamine (Spravato) under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and administrative supervisors. We are looking for a compassionate individual with great communication skills. Faraday Health takes pride in providing a safe and caring atmosphere for our patients and staff. The person chosen to fill this role will be given training in every aspect of the practice and its operations. You will be trained/gain experience in everything from delivering TMS therapy, our clinical notes system, prior authorization processes, billing practices ect. In this position you will work independently and with colleagues throughout the week. Direct and indirect patient interaction will be a daily occurrence. Being self-motivated and comfortable with and without supervision (after your training) is a great advantage! Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to: Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients•training is provided . Delivering Spravato intranasal ketamine to our patients•training is provided . Office administrative tasks (ex. answering calls, scheduling appointments, benefits investigation, insurance verification, collect copays.) Benefits investigation (obtaining patient deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, out of pocket calculations, etc.) Providing educational consultations to interested patients. Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical assistant experience or certification is a plus Medical assistant degree OR currently in pursuit of one in a relevant field such as: psychology, sociology, nursing, ect. Medical office admin experience is a plus. Strong understanding of insurance deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and patient finance is a plus. Prefer at least one year in a medical office setting. Prefer electronic medical record experience. Patient care experience•especially if in the mental health field. Health insurance prior authorization, billing and collections knowledge. Clinical Interviewing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
