DESCRIPTION
  • $500 RETENTION BONUS
  • The employee will receive half after completing 3 months of employment and the remaining half after 6 months of employment.

Mental Health Techs are responsible for providing care and services, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication administration, and other duties as assigned. You must have the ability to accurately and timely document activities and logbooks, and transport individuals (with an approved driving record). Paid job training is provided. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions are available. Flexible; we will discuss further at the interview.

Starting Pay Rate:

Days

  • $12.00 per hour Evenings
  • $12.00 per hour Nights
  • $12.50 per hour ($12+$0.50 shift differential for nights and weekend shifts.) Weekends

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma/GED (or transcripts) from a state accredited school/source. A current/valid non-expired driver’s license or state-issued ID card. The minimum age for employment is 18. If the position requires driving, you must be at least 21, and have an insurable driving record. Social security card To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Word processing and Outlook. Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
