The position ensures that all necessary patient medical records are properly stored, organized, and are up to date. The position ensures that the facility is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The position ensures that the facility is in compliance with all applicable standards of practice within the state or local jurisdiction. Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that proper documentation of patient care is included in daily reports. Ensures that adequate supplies are available to support the assigned shift schedule. Ensures that adequate cleaning supplies are available to support the assigned shift schedule. Ensures that adequate maintenance supplies are available to support the assigned shift schedule. Maintains cleanliness of all areas in and around the office; cleans equipment as needed; inspects work areas for cleanliness. Follows all infection control procedures including PPE (personal protective equipment) and masks are provided at all entrance points into the facility. Performs other duties as required or assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
