We offer a unique and cutting-edge approach that blends evidence-based mental health and substance abuse treatment with the power of music to create lasting client outcomes. Our Mental Health location in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to be part of this dynamic, compassionate team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will: Build meaningful relationships by establishing open lines of communication with clients, helping them manage behavioral or emotional challenges. Support clients’ recovery journey by ensuring house rules are followed and creating a safe, structured environment. Assist with client intakes and discharges , including drug testing, client belongings searches, and documentation through

KIPU EMR.

Monitor and ensure client safety by performing Q15 checks and conducting random drug tests. Maintain a clean, safe environment , ensuring the property is always ready for clients.

Shifts Available:

Weekends 2nd/3rd shifts (flexible)

Requirements:
