Technician Services Supervisor 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 1700 Education Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 Position Summary The Technician Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and Patient Safety Technicians (PST) staff at the Central Receiving Facility (CRF). This position ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, overseeing patient care documentation, supporting training and development, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment. The Supervisor plays a critical role in operational oversight, risk management, and staff performance while contributing to the broader leadership team of the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervision and Staffing Training and Development Documentation and Oversight Risk Management and Quality Improvement Leadership and Administrative Patient Interaction and Observation Additional Responsibilities, as assigned Benefits Full-time Dental, vision, health, and life insurance. Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
