What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist in planning and implementing therapeutic care and daily routines Monitor, document, and report changes in mental health and behavior Provide direct care and support for psychiatric patients under clinical supervision Support crisis intervention and safety protocols Collaborate closely with nurses, psychologists, and physicians in a team-based setting Create a safe, respectful, and structured environment for healing

What You Need:

Active Psychiatric Technician license or certification (state or nationally recognized) At least 1 year of recent psychiatric or behavioral health experience Must pass federal background check and credentialing U.S. Citizenship (required for federal positions) Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience
