Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Comprehensive Wellness Centers 720 South Dixie Highway, Lantana, FL 33462 Comprehensive Wellness Centers is hiring experienced Behavioral Health Technicians to join our growing team. We’re expanding into a brand-new mental health-only facility while continuing to operate our current dual-diagnosis location serving both mental health and substance abuse populations. As a BHT, you’ll provide direct care and support to a diverse group of clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. We’re looking for individuals with solid mental health experience who are compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact. Qualifications CPR Certified A passion for the field of behavioral/mental health The ideal BHT candidate has experience in acute care, residential, partial hospitalization, and mental health facilities Strong assessment, organizational skills, and can prioritize care and communicate with the treatment team He/she must be able to establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients, displaying good listening and observation skills Sufficient and adequate documentation of client behavior and needs Most importantly, he/she exhibits is empathetic and understanding of patient needs Responsibilities Client safety at all times Document client whereabouts incrementally Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate behavioral and medical documentation. Implement applied behavior techniques and assist in crisis intervention when necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss and follow treatment plans.

Inpatient Rehabilitation center Mental Health facility partial hospitalization Weekly schedule: up to 5×8 hour shifts Weekends are required or 3x12hour shifts
