Job Overview:
As a member of our Operations Support team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of program. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to our mission will contribute to the overall success of our facility.
Responsibilities:
Types and performs data entry as needed for communication purposes. Organizes and upload documents to client files (if applicable). Conforms to all necessary quality assurance standards. Drug tests clients effectively according to Waived Testing procedures. Greets scheduled visitors and coordinates to appropriate area or person. Follows up with facility rules and expectations, helps clients comply with contracts. Organizes cleaning supplies and materials. “Observe and Report” for overall client care. Performs all necessary documentation regarding clients (i.e. rounds q 30m, drug testing, incident reporting). Communicates effectively with Operations Director about Operations Support competency and completion of job duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using basic computer software and office equipment. Empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience in administrative or support roles preferred, especially in a healthcare setting.
