Pyramid Healthcare in Augusta is currently seeking Day Time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).

Compensation:

$14.45 – $15.45 per hour

Schedule:

Day Time hours between 6am and 11pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate the intake process for new clients entering the program. Ensure the maintenance of accurate client documentation. Observe and document clients’ self-administration of medication, as applicable. Effectively coordinate client activities. Adhere to treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs. Provide transportation services for clients. Assess clients’ behavioral and emotional needs, responding appropriately, including crisis intervention. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment. Assist with clients’ dietary requirements. Transport clients to and from designated locations within expected time frames. Supervise and support clients during transportation. Maintain all necessary documentation related to the services provided. Complete all required training. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities None Required Qualifications Licensure, Education, & Experience (All States) High school diploma or equivalent. Preferably possess experience in behavioral health or general healthcare. Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with a safe driving record. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is required. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily execute each essential duty. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
