Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – SUD Treatment

Location:

Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)

Schedule:

Part-Time or PRN (Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Pay Rate:

$20-$22 per hour (based on experience)

ition Summary
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support our clients and staff in a part-time or PRN capacity. BHTs play a vital role in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and assisting clients in meeting their treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with client admissions, including paperwork and orientation
Document client interactions and behavior in shift logs
Ensure a structured, supportive environment through regular checks and crisis intervention as needed
Support client activities including groups, recreation, and 12-step meetings
Monitor medication line and assist with distribution under appropriate supervision
Transport clients to off-site appointments or activities as needed
Maintain adherence to daily schedules and treatment objectives
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Preferred:

Valid Drivers License

Preferred:

Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting
