Duties:

As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing home and community services to individuals dealing with various challenges and diagnoses (autism, ADHD, down syndrome, etc).

Your duties will include:

• Implementing activities to work on goals on the client(s)’ individualized treatment plan.
• Provide guidance and redirection to client(s) when necessary.
• Documenting client(s) progress on weekly paperwork.
• Collaborating with the Program Manager.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a High School Diploma
• Be willing to complete module 1 of the Behavioral Health Professional certification program within 1 month of hire. The remainder of the certification will need to be completed within 1 year from date of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and treatment team.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Be able to pass a background check both criminal and driving.
