Full-Time Description:

We are looking for behavioral health professionals to add to our team! BHPs work one on one with a child with developmental delay, or skill deficits in both home and community environments. We take pride in offering our staff extensive support to include weekly supervisions, in-house training including but not limited to Behavioral Health Professional training. BHPs can implement their skills and interventions learned in training as they progress through the training program. This position starts at Part-Time with the potential of Full-Time status. Our BHP’s work closely with their supervisor regarding treatment planning and progress. We offer the best support, interventions and guidance needed to help consumers grow, develop and acquire skills to live the most fulfilling productive independent life possible. This position is typically opposing a school schedule requiring flexibility to attend evening and weekend shifts. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, organized, patient, outgoing, compassionate, and empathetic. Most of all enjoy having fun with kids! Requirements:
  • Completion of background check
  • Drivers license with reliable and insured vehicle.
  • Ability to utilize technology including GPS monitoring for clocking and out of shift.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent-Willingness to transport clients and hold active auto insurance policy
