Our compassionate and dedicated team provides personalized treatment, integrating clinical expertise, therapeutic interventions, and alternative healing practices. Together, we foster growth, resilience, and lasting change, guiding individuals towards a healthier, substance-free future. SERC is a for-profit, LLC organization in the Concord, NC community that supports clients with a primary substance use disorder. We provide Partial Hospitalization Programming and Intensive Outpatient Programming for adults. Role and Responsibilities As a Behavioral Health Tech, your main job is to support and guide individuals through their recovery journey during treatment while in our 30-day program. You’ll help clients connect with important resources outside of clinical care, things like education, job support, healthcare, and peer groups. You’ll be there to provide day-to-day support for whatever recovery needs come up. It’s important to build a respectful and professional relationship with each client, treating them with dignity and keeping healthy boundaries. You’ll also take part in SERC staff meetings and attend training sessions to keep growing in your role. Teamwork is key, so you’ll work closely with other SERC staff, treatment providers, and support teams. You will also be required to help out with things like accompanying clients in housing or giving them rides to the clinic or AA/NA meetings.
