Located on a 94-acre working horse farm, Foothills serves 14-year-old to 17-year-old male adolescents and their families. We provide an enriching and experiential program that helps young people improve their lives. Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness.
Responsibilities:
Remain alert overnight at all times while our adolescent clients are asleep in case of late-night emergencies or client needs arising
Provide the highest level of physical and emotional safety to our clients
Work as part of a treatment team in order to provide clients with the highest level of clinical care
Implement coping strategies and emotional regulation skills with our clients as needed during the overnight shift
Provide behavior management and crisis intervention to clients as situations arise
Monitor our adolescent client’s safety in accordance with program procedures and roles
Report information about any client movement via email to team and in person to guides before leaving shift
Conduct visual checks of clients every 15 minutes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients
Develop a positive rapport with our clients, staff and local emergency services
Maintain written and/or electronic client records in accordance with regulations
Carry out necessary protocol for level watches throughout the night
Minimum Qualifications:
