In this position, you will be trained and become certified on TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) in addition to assisting with some administrative tasks. This job does not require a clinical degree, but healthcare experience and passion to help patients get well are important. You do not have to have any experience or knowledge of TMS. We will teach you everything you need to know. We are also considering adding Esketamine treatments fin the future for our patients. These are relatively new treatments, both cleared by the FDA, covered by most insurances and are now an important treatment options for anyone with Depression or Treatment-Resistant Depression. Technicians will be building a skill set in a growing healthcare segment for long-term career stability. We are an established psychiatric practice with a focus on quality and excellent care. You will be trained by our TMS Psychiatrist and NeuroStar Manager to treat patients with our cutting edge NeuroStar equipment. Experience:
Clinical or administrative experience in healthcare or behavioral health is very helpful
Education:
Education, ongoing training, and certifications in Healthcare or Behavioral health help show us your long-term interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) is an ideal degree, but not required. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Conduct intake assessments and collect data to monitor patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain effective communication with patients and their referring physician to ensure the optimal results from their treatment sessions.
