None Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in beautiful Bar Harbor, Maine . This is a full-time contract position with no on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, administration, and documentation of radiopharmaceuticals and will perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures. You will also oversee and maintain the Hot Lab , ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation of radioactive materials. Patient care and safety are a top priority, and you will assess and monitor patients throughout their procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, and administer radiopharmaceuticals Maintain and operate Hot Lab in compliance with regulatory standards Schedule and coordinate exams with radiologists and other healthcare personnel Position and monitor patients during imaging procedures Provide age-appropriate care across a variety of medical/surgical patient populations Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately in case of changes or emergencies

Requirements:

Current Maine Nuclear Medicine Technologist License Previous clinical experience in nuclear medicine Strong attention to safety, compliance, and patient care Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
