Directs and leads the deliveryof imaging services across multiple modalities within Imaging.
JobResponsibilities and Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities Develops and leads the implementation of policies, proceduresand initiatives for imaging services across assignedmodalities. Develops departmental goals and standards consistent withmedical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of thehealth care delivery system. Prepares departmental budget and ensures that departmentoperates within allocated funds. Develops, implements, and monitors plan for patient careservices in assigned department. Serves as a liaison between the service area and otherdepartment leaders. Maintain department facilities and equipment in a condition topromote efficiency, health, comfort and safety of patients andstaff. Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies. Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Performs other duties as assigned.
