The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia and providing anesthesia care across a variety of settings, including surgical procedures, labor and delivery, and pain management. This role requires a strong foundation in critical care, patient monitoring, and advanced knowledge of anatomy and airway management to ensure the safety and comfort of patients during their procedures. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or medical procedures. Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during anesthesia administration. Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments to evaluate patient health status. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthesia care plans. Manage pain relief protocols for patients in various settings, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Provide emergency airway management as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided to patients. Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and practices. Experience Proven experience administering injections and performing patient monitoring in a clinical setting. Strong background in critical care nursing with an emphasis on patient safety. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy related to anesthesia practices. Familiarity with airway management techniques is essential. Experience in pain management strategies across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Previous work experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
