Job Description
Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 physicians and 52 CRNAs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma. The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to: Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights of this opportunity include: Start date bonus
