Orlando Health is seeking adynamic full-time CRNA at South Lake Hospital in beautifulClermont, Florida. The core group has been providing anesthesia tothe health system for over 20 years. Part of the Orlando HealthFamily, South Lake Hospital is a growing community hospital thatoffers a full continuum of care to the residents of South LakeCounty. On-boarding new surgeons and plans for 4 additional ORs inthe future, the hospital is ramping up for expansion, which meansour team will be growing too with a core Anesthesia care teamcomprised of 5 physicians and 16 CRNAs.

CRNAs rotate through South Lake Hospital’s Women’s Center,Endoscopy Center, and Ambulatory Surgery Center daily (all withinwalking distance) In the process of building a CVOR Our CRNAs are empowered to work autonomously, practicing in afull scope of training in a medically supervised collegialenvironment Diverse mix of cases Case mix includes Ortho, Vascular, GI, Urology, ENT, Spine, &OB Rare Healthy Pediatrics is available if interested but notrequired Compensation Stipends are available for OB and pediatrics Proficiency with Epidurals and Spinals is preferred, and thepractice is willing to train or precept to proficiency OT opportunities available if desiredOur practice offers a newand increased competitive compensation and benefits package thatincludes 9-week PTO, health, dental, and vision benefits, 401kcontribution, CME allowance and paid malpractice.
