On-site Job Duty Summary CRNAs will provide anesthesia and monitoring for GI procedures in outpatient endoscopy centers. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluation, sedation management during procedures, and post-recovery care. Culture Professional, collaborative, and centered on efficiency and patient comfort. The centers offer predictable hours and consistent workflows in a low-stress clinical environment. Schedule Monday to Friday No nights, weekends, or holidays Shared across two locations Qualifications Current CRNA license Eligible for credentialing in Florida GI/endoscopy experience preferred but not required

Pay Summary Base Salary:

$185,000-$195,000 (Permanent W2)

Annual Bonus:

$5,000 end-of year bonus plus one pay period – about $9,000 total

CME/Dues:

$1,500

Time Off:

5 weeks vacation (increases to 6 weeks after 3 years) 8 paid holidays 33-38 total days off depending on tenure
