A leading pain management group is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in the Braselton area.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia in the form of Propofol, Versed, and Fentanyl for surgical patients. Ensure patient comfort during injection procedures. Gather, interpret, and record routine pre- and post-operative patient data. Monitor and document patients’ physiological and pharmacological status. Establish multi-parameter monitoring of patients prior to, during, and after anesthesia. Adhere to compliant protocols and maintain attention to detail related to patient care and management. Work effectively in a growing, dynamic organization. Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program. CRNA board-certified. Active license to practice in the state of Georgia. BLS and ACLS certification required. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Personable and confident in delivering exceptional patient care. Previous experience in pain management or other medical fields is preferred.
Compensation:
$155-$185/hr for 1099 with an 8-hour guarantee; hourly rate negotiable based on experience and availability. A commensurate salary and benefits package is available for W2 employees.
