General Job Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, includingpreoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management andpostoperative pain management. Minimum Education Requirements:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNAprogram.
License & Certifications:
Active and unencumbered advancedpractice registered nurse (APRN) license in Maine. Nationalcertification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification andRecertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Experience:
Whilespecific requirements may vary, most locum CRNA positions prefercandidates with at least one year of experience in a clinicalanesthesia setting.
