Job Details Description Position Summary:
- Responsible for preoperative assessment of patient status andordering of preoperative medication under supervision withadministration of drugs to produce sedation or anesthesia, insertarterial, venous catheters, and monitors the patient duringanesthesia until the patient regains consciousness.
- The CRNA isfrequently involved with the Code 88 team for resuscitation.

Experience:
- 0 to 3 months.
- Preferred previous cardiacanesthesia experience.
- Education/Required License /
Credentials:
- Current requirementsto CRNA graduates.
- Current NJ-RN license and AANA Councileligible/certified.
- Minimum requirement of current ACLS.
- Maintains CEU status according to AANA Council on Re-Certification
- Confirmation of credentials must be communicated to hospitalCredentials Committee. APN certification, or pending application asrequired.
