- Dates needed: 7/1-7/12, 8/5-8/9, 8/19-8/23,8/26-8/31, 9/12-9/13, 10/3-10/4, 11/28-11/29, 12/23-12/31.
Callschedule:
Rotation for weeknight and weekend call;

Adult, pediatric, geriatric, newborn
- Patients pershift: 6-8
- Independent CRNA practice

Requirements:
- Active unrestricted OR License
