Deliveries Case Mix:

General, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro, OG/GYN, ENT, GI, Optho Plastic, Pulmonary and Vascular Electrophysiology & structural heart cases Part of the Methodist Le Bonheur Health System, which includes the following facilities: Methodist University Hospital Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Methodist North Hospital Methodist South Hospital Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS Lead a dynamic team, which includes the following : Daily stand-up huddle 3x Weekly OR planning meetings Physician Advisory Council OV Steering Committee Weekly Anesthesia Department Meeting Executive meetings with hospital leadership First 60/90 Day Initiative In staffing for OR to build relationships with surgeons and staff (1:4 ratio) Periodic staffing as appropriate/needed
