The Physician willwork in outpatient setting and will practice independently. ThePhysician will be included in the Newborn/Pediatric Call rotationon the inpatient unit._x000D x000D_
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

- Provides clinical care for pediatricpatients;_x000D_
- Completes comprehensive patientassessments;_x000D_
- Determines diagnosis and treatment ofillness;_x000D_
- Orders and interprets medical diagnostics;_x000D_
- Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy, and medicalequipment;_x000D_
- Conducts patient education when working tomanage chronic illness or wellness care;_x000D_
- Refers forspecialty care when determined;_x000D_
- Promotes communicationwithin the team and other interdisciplinary health carestaff;_x000D_
- A patient-first approach, working towardsincreasing access for community;_x000D_
- Works with administrationfor program development;_x000D_
- Demonstrates awareness,understanding and respect of cultural diversity and patients of allages and socioeconomic groups and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Board certification in Pediatrics_x000D_

- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEAcertification for the State of Wisconsin_x000D_
