Responsibilities:

PRIMARY Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealthand meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and in patient asdetermined. Lead clinic staff, in behaviors, actions and attitude (e.g.

X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) indelivering excellent patient care. Provide guidance as necessary toensure quality professional services and patient Ability to perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE jobdescription. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms,allergies, and current medications. Asking patients situation-specific questions to formulateaccurate diagnoses in order to provide guidance as necessary toensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Actively engages with clinical leadership, elevating tomanagement where appropriate to ensure strong patient care andresolution of concerns to ensure adherence to our companyvalues. Ability to meet patient volume goals targeted for tele andin-patient as determined. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matterand forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. As well asbuild and maintain confidence and credibility with allemployees. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined CMO andSupervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physicalfindings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriatediagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtualdiagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention topatient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliably accurateinformation. Ensure that the activities of the Provider are conducted in amanner that is consistent with overall department expectations andare in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines,and requirements including working knowledge of all healthinformation management issues such as HIPAA. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomousenvironment within both in-patient clinic and virtualsettings. Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timelyfashion to ensure proper patient follow up. Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests,as well as responsibly prescribe medications and educate patientson continued treatment and care of acute and chronicconditions. Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office ofMedical Affairs. Attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physiciansand E/M training. Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP/PAprotocols. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in thecompany by completing all mandatory compliance training in order tomeet and exceed our continued quality of care. Recommends ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadershipas appropriate to improve overall patient experience and care. Communicates regularly within team in all manners necessary tosupport excellent patient care. Actively assist new employees with learning activities andcompleting required training. Support new employee training by providing job shadowing,demonstration, and coaching opportunities The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibilitywith all employees. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with allclients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere byacting and communicating in a manner that results in a positivework relationship with customers, co-workers and managers. The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive,and environmental functions of the position, as specified on thephysical demands.   • Additional Requirements and responsibilities Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nursepractitioner; new grad Physician’s Assistant with up to 1 years ofexperience as a physician’s assistant Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience andless than 5 years of experience; Physician’s assistant with over 1years of experience and less than 5 years of experience as aphysician’s assistant.

Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience andless than 10 years of experience; Physician’s assistant with over 5years of experience and less than 10 years of experience as aphysician’s assistant. Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience;Physician’s assistant with over 10 years of experience as aphysician’s assistant.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master’s degreein Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)

  • AND•
Experience:

At least 1-2years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such asUrgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit,Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.•

Current License orCertification:

License and DEA must be active, in good standing, andverifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DEA required for allproviders; however, where limited by years of practice under statelaw, DEA will be required within 120 days of provider meeting theminimum years of practice under state law for obtaining DEA. Providers must be able to treat all ages and must meet anycredentialing requirements needed; and DOT certification isrequired to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days ofemployment and maintained during employment.
