We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join ourgrowing medical team at our busy offices full time in Pace FL andAtmore, AL. Our office in Pace, is within the Pensacola metro area,and our second location is in Atmore, less than 1 hr north of Pace.

Ideally, we are looking for a provider to work 2-3 days per week ineach location. We are looking for a NP to focus on helping our patients to restorefunction so that they can live happier, healthier, and more activelives. The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for evaluating,diagnosing, and managing patient’s issues in accordance with thestandard of care. The incoming NP will be splitting coveragebetween our offices in Atmore AL and Pace (Pensacola area), FLthroughout the work week, 2-3 days per week in each location, sothe NP must have (or be willing to obtain) licensure within bothstates.

Duties:

Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevantimaging/studies with a focus on Neurological care Utilizes a multimodal approach to include but not limited tomedication, physical therapy and bracing where appropriate Interprets medical tests in the context of patient care andexplains results to patients Completes all administrative tasks in a timely manner Monitors patient’s compliance to treatment plan (i.e.:obtaining urine drug screens, where applicable) Adheres to company policies, ongoing quality improvementobjectives and safety, environmental, and infection controlstandards Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with all federaland state health information privacy laws Records complete, timely and legible medical records Liaises with other medical professionals related to patientcare Keeps up to date with medical developments Promotes the company’s core values Coordinates with medical assistants, nurses and other medicalstaff Ensures all personnel and all patients are treated withoutlimitation because of race, creed, sex or national origin Collaborates with administrative team to optimize the Clinicfunctionality Assists with marketing, as needed Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attendingeducational workshops; reviewing professional publications;establishing personal networks and participating in professionalsocieties Checks work e-mail on a regular basis throughout theworkday Participates in and complete all required trainings andin-services

Requirements:

Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program NP Licensed in FL and AL Willingness to travel between our offices in Atmore AL and PaceFL Generous Compensation and Benefits!
