Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:

Diagnosing and managing, handling treatment plans and prescribing medication Refer for diagnostic treatment/tests Evaluate x-ray, CT scan and MRI Order and review lab results Write scripts Dictation Provides clear, concise, and accurate information in EMR Demonstrating cooperation and communication with all staff to work as a team Computer literate and ability to use EMR Must also possess: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills Independent and highly motivated Initiative and self-discipline Proven positive, “teamwork” attitude in work history

Physical Demands:
