Nurse Practitioner Position Available In Madison, Alabama

$99.99 USD Hourly – $100.00

Schedule:

At least 2-3 days a week & 10-15 total visits

Compensation:

$100 per assessment

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home health risk assessments Conducting wellness exams, A1C testing, and using a portable eye camera. Document patient encounters in EMR system Educate patients on chronic conditions, preventative care, and medication adherence Collaborate with supervising physician and healthcare team Participate in clinical meetings and trainings

Qualifications:
