In this crucial role, you will deliver top-notch medical spa services to our clients, enhancing their natural beauty and confidence. The ideal candidate will have a background in aesthetics or cosmetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting consultations and assessments for clients seeking medical spa treatments.
• To perform treatments such as lasers, IPL, skin tightening, micro-needling, thread lift, body contour, wellness, and other procedures as appropriate
• Provide skincare assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Educating clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
• Ensuring client safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of treatments performed.
• Staying updated about the latest trends and technologies.
• Upholding a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform procedures such as IV infusions and aseptic techniques as required. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols within the clinical setting. Experience A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred. Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and aseptic practices is essential. Experience with aesthetics treatments, health, and wellness, plastic surgery, or dermatology is a plus. Excellent customer support, communication, and integrity. Ability to build rapport with customers and follow through with aftercare product recommendations. Desire to work in a dynamic environment and grow skills. Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Possesses knowledge of skincare and has the desire to learn more. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the Aesthetics industry. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner, is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are required.
