The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care across various settings, including primary care, pediatrics, and specialized treatments. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. This provider will be responsible for servicing patient via our Mobile Unit throughout the community in our surrounding areas. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Utilize Athenahealth software for electronic health records management and patient documentation. Maintain aseptic technique during procedures to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes in both clinic and hospital settings. Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Requirements Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure. Experience in primary care, pediatrics, or related fields is preferred. Strong understanding of cardiac catheterization techniques is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
