Job Description:

A Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled NursePractitioner (NP) to join our team and provide care at a skillednursing facility in Springfield, MO. New graduates with strongclinical capabilities are welcome to apply. Competitivecompensation will be offered, commensurate with experience.

Duties:

Ensuredelivery of quality patient care in a respectful, professionalmanner. Collaborate with physicians by identifying patient careissues, providing clinical insights, and implementing directives.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including interviews,physical exams, and medical history reviews. Document all patientcare activities thoroughly and accurately in medical records.

Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations,suturing, and wound management. Educate and counsel patients ontreatment plans, wellness, and health maintenance. Develop andimplement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain compliance with infection control policies and legalrequirements. Participate in professional development activitiesand contribute to team growth and education.

Requirements:

BoardCertification as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Demonstratedskills in clinical assessment, health promotion, infection control,medication administration, and pain management. Strong ability tocommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcareteams. Commitment to self-development and staying current withprofessional standards. Experience in hospital or skilled nursingsettings is preferred but not mandatory.
