Will generally work clinic hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nurse Practitioner Program.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must be certified.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year advanced practice provider experience. Preferred 3 to 5 years’ experience in Urology field.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire and CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
PROGRAM/SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION
None required SALARY – $100,000 to $125, 000 + production bonus
