Oncology PhysicianAssistant’s and Nurse Practitioners provide value-based care in anambulatory setting, and will be involved in triage and the spectrumof outpatient management including, but not limited to thefollowing: Benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits,chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow aspirations,overseeing infusion follow up appointments, and ongoingsurvivorship care.

CAREER, applytoday! Qualifications Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut asa Physician Assistant (PA), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse(APRN), is required. Eligibility to be certified as a PhysicianAssistant (PA), or National Board Certification as a Family NursePractitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or AdultGerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is required.
Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card • Oncology experience as aPA, NP, or RN is preferred
