Some highlights of this opportunity include:
Oncology Physician Assistant’s and Nurse Practitioners providevalue-based care in an ambulatory setting, and will be involved intriage and the spectrum of outpatient management including, but notlimited to the following: Benign hematology visits, sick/urgentvisits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrowaspirations, overseeing infusion follow up appointments, andongoing survivorship care.

- Eligibility to be licensed inConnecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA), or Advanced PracticeRegistered Nurse (APRN), is required.
- Eligibility to be certifiedas a Physician Assistant (PA), or National Board Certification as aFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), orAdult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) isrequired.
- Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card
- Oncologyexperience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred.
