POSITION

Acute care focus Manage bridging a patients care to their Primary Care Provider Comprehensive physical examination of patients Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness treatment High touch interaction: call patients for follow ups and check ins Prescribe any necessary medications Refer to Primary Care, Specialists and Imaging as needed Communicate, and collaborate with other physicians and specialities as needed Phlebotomy experience and competency preferred Maintain complete and accurate SOAP notes Contribute to the development and implementation of ongoing wellness programs

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree from an accredited program which was primarily in person classes vs online Licensed in good standing in Florida. MUST have the required hours to work independently and ideally have 4+ years of experience working in a primary care or acute care clinical setting Comfortable with evaluation and identifying the underlying cause is essential. Confident and skilled in multiple areas of acute care and primary care Independent, personable, professional, organized, dynamic, flexible and possesses excellent time management and communication skills.
