Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our Connecticut -area mobile wound care team as 1099 independent contractors. This is a flexible, weekday-only role with no call, no weekends, and full schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and evaluations Develop and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Apply advanced dressings, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), and biologics Perform debridement and conservative wound procedures Monitor for infection and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and pressure injury prevention Accurately document all patient encounters in our EMR Collaborate with supervising physicians per Connecticut scope-of-practice regulations Ensure full compliance with CMS and state documentation standards

Qualifications:

Active Connecticut license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Connecticut prescriptive authority National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) BLS certification Minimum 1 year of wound care or procedural experience preferred( medical/surgical inpatient or ICU nursing experience is will also suffice) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation :

upto $200,000+ per year (fee-for-service model) Flexible weekday schedule – no weekends, holidays, or call
