This full-time, outpatient role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality primary care to underserved populations in Eastern Connecticut. Position Details:

Location:

Willimantic, CT Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (potential for flexible scheduling)

Full-time:

40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients Perform histories, physical exams, and therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care Develop and implement patient management plans Educate patients on examination results and continuity of care Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient care

Qualifications:

Certified to see patients across the lifespan (preferred but not required) Experience in an outpatient primary care setting is preferred Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
