This position is ideal for an independent, compassionate healthcare professional who thrives in a retail clinic setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages (18 months and older). This role involves a rotating schedule with every other weekend required and weekday hours as follows: Monday•

Friday:

8:30 AM•7:30

PM Saturday & Sunday:

9:00 AM•5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Patient-Centered Quality & Safety Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage treatment plans Educate patients on preventive care and promote wellness Document all care in an electronic health record system Participate in developing patient-centered practice teams Respond to patient inquiries and follow-ups throughout the day Customer Service Excellence Enhance patient satisfaction by integrating feedback from patients, peers, and supervisors Communicate effectively across all levels of care and management Healthcare Environment Management Resolve patient and workplace conflicts using professional judgment Collaborate with team members to manage both clinical and administrative tasks Adapt to new care models and innovations for enhanced clinic efficiency Support the hiring and professional development of clinic team members Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards Verify insurance coverage and incorporate into care plans Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current national board certification as an FNP Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner DEA application required at time of job offer #
