Family Nurse Practitioner (Float) Position Available In Alachua, Florida

$74.87 an hr –

Bi-weekly Job Type:

Onsite in Gainesville Florida 32608 This will be a float between clinic 3255 and 1815 which is on 13minutes (4 miles apart).

Shift Options:

M-F:

8:30-7:30 (1 hour lunch)

Sat:

9-5:30

Su:

9a-530p 65 hours over 2 weeks, rotating 2 week schedule. 3 days one weekand 4 days the next week. Every other weekend required.

Family Nurse Practitioner Overview:

Patient-Centered Quality and Safety:

Educate patients onmaintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes. Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients’medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment. Document all patient care within an electronic health record. Helpdevelop Patient Centered Practice Teams. Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day

CustomerService Excellence:

Increase patient engagement and satisfactionthrough integration of feedback from patients, management, andprofessional colleagues. Maintain all levels of communication.

Healthcare EnvironmentManagement:

Resolve conflict using appropriate management techniques. Cultivate relationships among practice employees and retail storecolleagues. Balance priorities to manage patient care and needs. Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks. Adapt to new models of patient care for clinic efficiency. Demonstrate core values of Minute Clinic in all communications andinteractions. Help with hiring and development of Practice employees. Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containmentwithout jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care. Validates insurance coverage and incorporates knowledge into careplan

Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

1+ year of professional experience as a Family NursePractitioner. Must be okay with Float work
