Family Nurse Practitioner – Float 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Gainesville, FL 32608 Family Nurse Practitioner HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in a clinic in Gainesville, FL. Daily Responsibilities for
Family Nurse Practitioner:
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries, manage health conditions, and perform health counseling for patients aged 18 months and older; document care in the electronic health record (EHR). Deliver compassionate, holistic, evidence-based care in a retail setting; engage patients in their health journey and provide clear education and guidance.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week; required to work every other weekend.
Clinic hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-7:30 PM, Sat-Sun 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Will be floating between 2 locations 4 miles/13 min apart Required Qualifications for
Family Nurse Practitioner:
DEA registration must be started at the time of offer. Clear and active NP license in the state of Florida 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Completion of a master’s degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
