$74.87 an hour MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver evidence-based, holistic care to patients aged 18 months and older. This float role provides coverage for two clinic sites located within 13 minutes of each other and involves providing comprehensive clinical services in a retail clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centered Quality & Safety:
Perform accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatments Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop care plans and document all services in the electronic health record (EHR) Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day
Customer Service Excellence:
Foster patient satisfaction and engagement Collaborate with retail colleagues and management Integrate patient feedback into practice improvements
Healthcare Environment Management:
Manage clinical and non-clinical duties Resolve conflicts using appropriate techniques Adapt to evolving models of care for increased efficiency Support hiring, training, and development of clinic staff Validate insurance coverage and incorporate it into care plans
Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
Certification:
Current national board certification (FNP) and state licensure to practice as an
