Autonomous APRN Ohana Family Practice Palm Bay, FL 32907 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Family practice and same-day appointment , walk-in clinic. This role requires a compassionate professional who can provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with acute pain management needs. Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and patient management Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing and healthcare. Requirements Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current licensure as an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida Experience in medical-surgical nursing, family practice and walk-in is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities. Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
