Practitioners in Motion is seeking a Full-time/ Part-time/ Independent Contracted Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality patient care as part of our mobile healthcare team. Our practice provides comprehensive care focused on the Geriatric and Home Bound patient population within Brevard County Florida’s assisted living facilities and residential homes. Our providers deliver individualized care while having independence and flexibility with work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Safely prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities when required
- Communicate effectively with collaborating healthcare professionals regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a nurse practitioner preferred but not required
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Clear and active Florida APRN license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven and patient care motivated Will discuss wages during the interview.
