Salary and Benefits Salary Range:

$125,000 – $150,000 annually Relocation Allowance Offered Health Insurance Employer Pays 91% ($47 per pay period)

9 per year Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance and Time Off Malpractice Coverage Responsibilities Monday to Friday (8:00 am 4:00 pm or 9:00 am 5:00 pm) with possible on-call duties Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for child and adolescent patients Work in an inpatient setting, with patient volume varying based on census Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based approaches to treat conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other psychiatric concerns in youth Educate families and caregivers on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available resources Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (Credible) Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices within the organization Requirements Clear and active licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Florida Certification as a PMHNP with a focus on child and adolescent psychiatry Minimum of 1 year of experience in child and adolescent psychiatric care preferred (new graduates with strong training will be considered) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings preferred About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm dedicated to connecting healthcare companies with high-quality candidates.
